Routine Maintenance

Are you a body corporate in need of property maintenance? Send us a quotation request on behalf of your client and we'll give you a quote.

We can provide monthly, every three months or yearly maintenance.

We highly recommend a site inspection beforehand to thoroughly inspect the premises and provide as much details as we can.

Attention to Detail

We understand as strata managers you don't often visit the site. This can result in some details being overlooked.

We are happy to provide a thorough, on-site inspection as part of our obligation-free quotation.

This allows us to give you all the important information about the condition and maintenance requirements, which you can then pass on to the committee members for approval.
